Ingredients | Red Cabbage Sauerkraut Benefits2 ears fresh sweet corn, husks removed1 lime, juiced½ cup chopped cilantro½ teaspoon ground cumin1 pinch saltground black pepper to taste1 tablespoon olive oil½ head red cabbage, shredded1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced¼ cup crumbled queso frescoDirectionsPreheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.Place corn on hot grill and cook until charred on all sides, about 15 minutes.
